Heavy Fog Causes Delays in Northern China

If you have been noticing delays in your shipments, please understand that Northern China is experiencing very severe fog. For the past 2 weeks, there has been heavy fog in the Shanghai, Ningbo, and Qingdao area which has caused hundreds of vessels to delay. As you can see in the below diagram, vessels including Container vessels, Oil Tankers, Break bulk, and Cruise lines, are waiting to berth outside Shanghai Port. We anticipate this issue to resolve by next week. CSL will continue to monitor this situation and keep you posted on further developments.
