List 2: 25% Tariff Increase - Effective August 23rd, 2018

The Trump Administration 279 items from list 2 will be subject to 25% tariff increase effective August 23rd. The U.S Trade Representative will issue a Federal Register Notice confirming all items on List 2. CSL will provide more information once available

List 1: Effective July 6th, 2018

A large number of products listed pertain to Chapters 84, 85, 87, 88, and 90 in the HTSUS. Products include: drilling, construction, engines, motors, machinery for plastic or glass, agricultural machinery, rail locomotives etc.

List 2: Effective August 23rd, 2018

Many products are listed in Chapters 84, 85, 97, 90 and some products in Chapters 27, 34, 38, 39, 70, 73, 76, and 89 in the HTSUS. Products include concrete, wood, hard rubber, tractors, working stone, ceramics, glass, plastics, motorcycles, machine parts, and optical fibers etc.
